These are the recommended hotels for each night. For Saturday night, there is a cluster of hotels in Oxford that you can choose from.
There is an option to camp on both Friday and Saturday night.
After skating to Rockmart on the first day, you can stay at the Rockmart Gym for FREE. Bear in mind that while you'll be indoors, you should still consider bringing proper camping gear.
On Saturday, there is an option to camp at the Michael Tucker Memorial Park. The rate is 2 cars & 2 tents for $25/night. You'll need to reserve a site by reaching out to the Aquatic & Fitness Center directly at (256)-847-7349. The campsite is located right at the end of the trail.
Feel free to reach out on the WhatsApp chat, on the Facebook page, or directly to the the event organizer if you need help finding roommates.
If you are flying into Atlanta, it is recommended to reach out on the WhatsApp group chat ahead of time to see if you can coordinate a Taxi/Uber/Lyft carpool to the hotel.
There is a check-in window from 3-9pm at the Fairfield Inn. If you're not arriving in Atlanta in time for the check-in window, you must communicate this to the event organizer BEFORE Thursday.
We will be running a shuttles from the hotel to the trailhead every morning. Be sure to check the WhatsApp chat for any updates on where to go in the morning. Usually this is just outside the hotel in the pick up area.
At the end of Day 3, we will shuttle back to the hotel for the awards ceremony at 8pm.
Here are the map links for each day:
NEW FOR 2026
There is now an option to skate the extra 7.1 mile extension at the Alabama end of the trail. This is a newly paved section of the trail that was recently completed in 2025.
This will add the extra 7.1 miles to both Days 2 and 3 (56 → 63 miles; 94 → 101 miles). The extension is not mandatory, but anyone who completes the extension both days will receive a commemorative 202 mile sticker.
Do you want to be a part of CLSCC history and be one of the first to complete the full 202 miles? The choice is yours!
